Signature Dishes

The passion to create has driven and inspired many people since the beginning of time. Like the chefs, they start to experiment different types of herbs and spices such as lemon grass, basil, oregano, cinnamon, thyme and olives to tease the senses of sight, smell and taste. Food has the power. A picture is worth a thousand words, and the taste is worth a thousand pictures.

Let us present our signature dishes – Traditional Shepherd Pie and Penang Laksa with Tuna.

Traditional Shepherd Pie

The diced chicken or lamb stew gives a bold burst of traditional country flavour and the rich aroma is released slowly as one enjoys the different textures of the dish, which is topped by perfectly whipped creamy mashed potatoes, unique flour and butter egg crust. The potato pairs beautifully with the stew and adds a creamy smoothness. A heavenly combination that is irresistible to all palates – assuredly soft in the inside contrasting deliciously with the comforting cheesy blanket on the outside.

Penang Laksa with Tuna

This dish used a combination of aromatic spices, garlic and lemongrass which gives off a strong, pungent smell that help to bring out the richness in the entire dish and mind-blowing for the eater. Adding mint leaves into the bowl of Penang Laksa refreshes the mind and gives a sense of belonging to where it originated from.
