1. 1. Valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, except during festive periods including the 15 days of Chinese New Year and Christmas.
   2. Payment must be made with an OCBC credit or debit card. Valid for all OCBC credit and debit cards issued in Singapore only.
   3. Valid for food items only.
   4. Not applicable to Wedding Catering menus.
   5. Discount is capped at S$300, excluding GST.

   7. Full payment must be charged in a single invoice unless otherwise specified.

   12. OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
   13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
