Menu

• All menus and promotions are not applicable to official partner venues or contracted venues.

Standard meal time and collection time from 9am-9.30pm (9am being earliest meal time and 9.30 pm being latest collection)

1. For meal time between 8am-9am , a S$250.00 surcharge will be imposed (S$272.50 inclusive of GST)
2. For collection between from 9.30pm-10.30pm , a S$250.00 surcharge will be imposed (S$272.50 inclusive of GST)

Please note the following before submission: (Booking is not confirmed until our sales staff confirms with you in the next business day.)

1. Surcharge is applicable for menus customization. Please check with our sales consultants for more information.
2. Please confirm your catering order 3 working days (Monday to Friday) in advance from your event date
3. Full payment has to be made upon receipt of confirmation order. (*For non-corporate order)
4. Upon confirmation, no change in menu is allowed. However, we allow you to increase no. of pax but it has to be informed 3 working days in advance to event date, subject to availability of ingredients. Please email all requests to sales@rasel.com.sg.
5. Upon confirmation, any cancellation of the catering order will incur a penalty of 50% of the total bill, which increases to 70% if the cancellation occurs within three working days of the event. Should the cancellation be made within 24 hours of the function date, a penalty of 100% of the total bill will be imposed.
6. Additional charge of S$100.00 (S$109.00 inclusive of GST) per level will be imposed on customer for location that is not at lift landing level. (Limited to a maximum of 2 floors)
