The Cottage Noël Tea Party (from $23.80/pax) enchants with whimsical creations such as the Christmas Snow Globe, Golden Truffle Honey Royale Quiche, and Cinnamon Banana Scones, while the Holly Hearth (from $27.80/pax) serves up sumptuous classics like the Crimson Ember Salad, Balsamic Glazed Chicken with Sarawak Green Pepper Jus, and Buttery Yukon Potato Mousseline. For a more refined affair, Twilight Mistletoe (from $39.80/pax) delights with a Cold Cuts Platter and tender Dry Rubbed Angus Brisket with Celeriac Mousseline, while the Enchanted Yuletide (from $59.80/pax) menu crowns the collection with a magnificent spread featuring a Cheeseboard Platter, Traditional Christmas Turkey with Chestnut Sausage Stuffing, and Lamb Abbruzzese.
For more intimate settings, Fireside Mini Buffet and Hearthside Mini Buffet bring the same rustic charm in convenient self-heating trays, thoughtfully portioned for eight to ten guests. These menus make it effortless to host a warm, hearty meal, featuring highlights such as Slow-Cooked Chicken Thigh Roulade with Manuka Honey Sauce, Salmon with Honey Miso Glaze, and Persian Jewelled Rice.

This year, we added a special chapter to our Christmas story with a special collaboration — introducing a series of handcrafted desserts Made with KITKAT® that blend creamy textures, fruity accents, and the signature crunch that brings a smile with every bite.
Among the sweet treats are a Hazelnut Mousse Log Cake Made with KITKAT® ($68, à la carte), featuring layers of luscious hazelnut mousse, nougatine crunch, and raspberry compote; Maison Crème Dome Made with KITKAT®, a refined cheesecake dome resting on a green tea sable; and Spiced Orange & Chocolate Tart Made with KITKAT® ($78, à la carte), zesty and aromatic with a chocolatey crunch.
